如果我只能和从来未见过面的人通电话,而且我们之间没有任何直接的“权利”或“利益”关系;如何才能更好的建立一个高效,合作,融洽的强势团队呢? If I have to work with people

  • who I never ever meet before
  • the only way to best communicate is via phone
  • we do not have any directly "hierarchy" or "benefit" relationships

How can I build a strong team that can we can work effectively, efficiently, and happily together?
